ADOC-S　みんなでつくる教育支援計画書 app for iPhone and iPad

ADOC-S is an application that enables teachers, guardians, specialists and the child subject to the education support work together and set targets while selecting illustrations for making an Education Plan.

This application is used for making an Individualized Education Plan. ADOC-S has 68 illustrations showing various scenes from a child’s daily life. Teachers, guardians and specialists can talk to each other while looking through these illustrations and share the “things a child likes,” “things a child want to be able to do” and the “issues for a child” for making an Education Plan.

ADOC-S was jointly developed with a project team of occupational therapists who have been actually working as advisors for schools and childcare facilities.
